- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to discounts of the first appointment we may discuss this option individually. If more than one person at the same place asking for massage always a discounted at the time of appointment. I am asking for cash for the sole purpose of not having enough clients to support other means of payment at present time. Other means will be accepted as clientele increases. I do have a cencellation notice in effect. All my clients are important to my profession. I do understand life could change at a moments notice However; I do require a 24hour notice If the need for change in time should arise. If informed less than 24 hours, there will be a 25% charge for failure to inform. Change in hour and or day less than the 24 hour period of scheduled massage is the same as cancellation. A vacancy in the hour has been effected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
General question concerning present health status, recent changes of employment, death in the family, changes in life style, level of stress and or recent falls or auto accidents to include on the job injuries, or repetitive injuries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 1000 hours of training, I also have a medical degree (MD) not a practicing Doctor, 8 years as a Psychotherapist, all of which contribute to your overall mental and physical status when prepping for a massage.
