Excellent customer service! I utilized Go Mini's for a long distance move within Texas at the beginning of December. The communication process in getting the move scheduled was amazing and our move occurred without any issues. The driver that dropped off and picked up the POD was fantastic and explained the full process. The price was very economical in comparison to utilizing a moving company or other competitor POD providers. All involved were superb (Territory Manager, Office Staff and Drivers). Excellent all around!!

Excellent experience! Easy to set up delivery and pick up. Great service for my clients who are remodeling or have repairs. We moved everything to the pod for the duration of their project and much easier than a storage unit.

I recently contacted Minis to help declutter my home, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth and efficient. I requested a quote online, and Spencer called me the very next day to get everything set up. Less than 24 hours later, the storage pod was delivered right to my driveway!
The delivery was handled by Mike, who was thoughtful and professional. He took the time to carefully place the pod so we still had room to park our cars, and he walked me through how to open and load it properly. His attention to detail and helpful attitude made the whole process stress-free.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the customer service from start to finish. We’re planning to order another pod from them when we move. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a simple, well-handled storage solution.

1000 stars for this company! I cannot say enough how awesome this company was to deal with and use. I had previously tried to use 1 800 pack rat - they left me high and dry on a hot summer evening with NO delivery and no explanation. I had to move all my contents back into the garage and scramble to find another vendor - I found Go Minis and they SAVED THE DAY!
Go Minis made sure to explain the delivery time, process, and even called me before the driver arrived. He even arrived 5 minutes early and we were done in 8 minutes time. Both times, at drop off and pick up the driver was respectful, kind and professional. And, when I had to call several times and update my pick up date, the customer service team was awesome and listened to my needs. They explained everything, never kept me on hold long, and did a great job working with me timeline and needs. They always stuck to the timelines they promised and never had delays or issues.
This company is a GODSEND and I will use them again and again. Don't go anywhere else, call them. You will be shocked that companies like this still exist -- they treat the customer with care, appreciate your business, and do everything they can to make you happy. I am so glad I used them and you will be too.
