Bob did a great job installing the wallpaper in our kitchen. His work clearly validates his professionalism and the pride he takes in his workmanship. In my opinion, his billing rate is very reasonable for the quality of work he does. We have now decided to replace the wallpaper in our formal dining room and will retain Bob to do the work.

Bob helped me get the right number of rolls after I ordered too few, and was responsive to communication when I had to postpone again when shipping delays left me without wallpaper for a few weeks. On the day of install, Bob and an assistant showed up promptly and got to work after some useful overview gameplay chitchat with me. They took a few hours and they got the job done without any major snags or issues. The paper was well put up and cleanly aligned consistently around the room; our pattern was very complicated and Bob did a solid job considering the degree of difficulty. I'm super pleased with Bob and his assistant's work and will consider them again for future wallpapering needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different, based on per single roll and type and difficulty of wallpaper. My pricing starts at $140.00 per standard double roll (56-60 sq ft per double). l also offer a discount for paying cash.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact, customer sends pics and measurements of what they want wallpaped, based on that info I provide price and quantity of wallpaper needed. When wallpaper arrives I schedule installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was trained by father and grandfather . Was family business.
