The business owner and master plumber, Curtis, was my plumbing tech. Our upstairs shower faucet started leaking badly on a Saturday morning. Probably flowing 25 gallons/hour. Did a YouTube dive to see if I could source a part and do the repair myself. By Sunday morning after seeing how many things could go wrong in replacing the cartridge, decided to hit Thumbtack to find a pro. Curtis responded immediately, gave me a very fair quote for the time and the part and showed up within an hour on a Sunday. As I had seen on YouTube, he couldn't turn the Bonnet nut due to hard water sediment build up. So he had to schedule time Monday to come back after picking up a new Bonnet nut and cut off the old one. Unfortunately, he made the repair rather quickly, but when he turned the water on, no water would come through. The cartridge he picked up from Home Depot (because it was Sunday) was defective, so he went to a plumbing supply store within range to buy the proper Delta cartridge. Installed it and tested perfectly. Curtis is a really nice guy, very professional, timely, honest, and fair.

He walked me though toilet repair over the phone and fixed it over the phone. The fill valve was crooked and I just took nut off like he said and then water started running to toilet again
