- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is tailored to each project’s scope, complexity, and deliverables. Before getting started, I’ll discuss your goals, budget, and expectations so we can agree on a clear scope and price. Whether you need a 3D rendering, help visualizing a renovation, or a residential design concept, I aim to provide thoughtful, practical solutions that fit your needs. I’m happy to work with different budgets and will always communicate any additional costs before moving forward. A deposit may be required to begin, depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your goals, your space, your style, and your budget. From there, we define the project scope and determine the best way to bring your ideas to life. Depending on the project, I may develop preliminary concepts, explore layouts and materials, and create 3D renderings so you can visualize the direction before moving forward. I welcome feedback throughout the process and include revisions according to our agreed scope. My goal is to make the experience collaborative, clear, and tailored to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Masters in Architecture at the University of Kansas and have professional experience at an architectural firm, where I work on projects and develop design documentation and presentations. I am gaining professional experience to obtain my architectural license. My background has given me experience in spatial planning, design development, material selection, and communicating ideas visually. I also have experience creating 3D models and renderings to help clients better understand a proposed design.
