FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We all have budgets, That's why I prefer to design a project around my customers budgets as opposed to simply guessing what quality of materials you may want. For example, the quality of Granite or quartz counter tops, flooring, custom or store bought vanity's, type of light fixtures and faucets, size and style of custom shower all drastically effect the cost of a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. On site visual inspection, take measurements and learning exactly what my customer is wanting, sharing pictures of similar past projects and discussing a comfortable price range. Step 2. I design the project to fit there budget and delivers there desired results. Sometimes building a model on my computer is a great way to help them visualize the end result. Step 3. Once all pricing and design details are agreed upon, an agreement containing all details is signed, a start time is scheduled and work is begun. Step 4. Once all work is completed and the job site cleaned, a walk thru with the home owner is done with me personally to make sure my customer is 100% happy with the remodel.
