Chris and his team are professionals! Very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They came to help us treat dog urine in our carpet. They not only treated the smell, but also cleaned the whole room. The carpet looks so great, we will certainly be using them again for regular carpetcleanings. This is a great company to support if you need thorough and detailed care in every step of the process! I didn’t end up using Chris due to a scheduling conflict, but I still wanted to leave a review because I was genuinely impressed. He was very professional, clearly knowledgeable about carpetcleaning, and took the time to explain everything in detail upfront. You can tell he knows his craft well and cares about doing the job right. I’d definitely consider working with him in the future.

Chris & his team did a fantastic job! We have 4 pets and 2 small children, so the carpet in the bedrooms... not pretty! Chris came by to give us a quote and to talk through the process. We instantly felt comfortable knowing we were making the right choice, with his knowledge and background. They were fast, efficient, got black makeup out of the carpet (wow!), kind to our animals, and even wiped down my baseboards. I will have Elite Flooring back to do my grout and title soon.

All pricing is provided upfront onsite after a thorough inspection of areas/items being serviced.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a pre job walkthrough for an inspection of areas being serviced and answer any questions or concerns that the client may have prior to beginning the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning professionally since 1991. I am a certified Journeyman cleaner with the IICRC.
