Freddy is an outstanding professional with in-depth knowledge of air conditioning repair. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and made sure everything was fixed thoroughly. While we did experience an initial hiccup due to a faulty replacement part, Freddy took full ownership—he followed up as soon as we informed him and resolved the issue promptly, even in our absence (with our permission). I had a great experience with the HVAC technician who came to fix my second-floor AC. He was punctual, professional, and excellent at communicating throughout the process. I really appreciated how he involved me by letting me see what he was doing in the attic. He worked quickly and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the system. His confidence and expertise made me trust his work completely. The only feedback I have is that I would have appreciated more transparency about the parts used. For example, if he had provided information about the brand of the capacitor he replaced, along with a receipt or a breakdown of costs, it would have been helpful for me as a new homeowner. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of service and would highly recommend him. I will definitely use his services again in the future and give him a well-deserved five stars!
