Freddy is an outstanding professional with in-depth knowledge of air conditioning repair. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and made sure everything was fixed thoroughly. While we did experience an initial hiccup due to a faulty replacement part, Freddy took full ownership—he followed up as soon as we informed him and resolved the issue promptly, even in our absence (with our permission). I originally messaged ready for a second opinion due to my AC going out for my downstairs. He looked it over and let me know that the issue that was diagnosed originally was correct, but he went the extra mile and called the manufacturer about the warranty. He was able to not only replace a part, instead he utilized the warranty to replace the whole condenser for the same cost. Thanks for all your help Freddy!

I had a great experience with the HVAC technician who came to fix my second-floor AC. He was punctual, professional, and excellent at communicating throughout the process. I really appreciated how he involved me by letting me see what he was doing in the attic. He worked quickly and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the system. His confidence and expertise made me trust his work completely. The only feedback I have is that I would have appreciated more transparency about the parts used. For example, if he had provided information about the brand of the capacitor he replaced, along with a receipt or a breakdown of costs, it would have been helpful for me as a new homeowner. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of service and would highly recommend him. I will definitely use his services again in the future and give him a well-deserved five stars!
