- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the distance there is a milage fee that is applied as well. There is a deposit required to hold the date and it goes towards your overall total. Deposits are not refundable unless circumstances warrant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I like to have an initial concept call or face time to ensure I understand the clients vision and intent. Capturing the clients vision is of the utmost importance to me. 2. I review looks and colors based on location and go over the shooting process and what the client can expect
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
