- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not difficult but it is hard to give an exact bid without seeing the property. The reason for this is what type of property, what are we dealing with {type of bug[s]} and what are the conducive conditions. This makes every job different some more difficult than others.For this reason we are more than happy to come out and access the situation for free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we have to take so many hours of continuous education to stay current with the new laws and regulations and the new chemicals and equipment that are coming out to us.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a professional company be sure they are licensed & insured and ask for some referrals in your area, do your homework you will be happy you did.
