Our pricing reflects the quality of craftsmanship, materials, and attention to detail we bring to every project. Each estimate is carefully prepared based on the scope of work and selected finishes. We don't use hidden fees, and all our pricing is transparent and clearly presented upfront. Any design changes or upgrades are reviewed and approved in advance, to ensure full clarity. While we occasionally offer select incentives, our focus is on delivering exceptional value and a premium finished result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s goals, style preferences, and budget. We then evaluate the space, review design options, and provide a detailed, transparent proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project and manage all aspects of the job, including coordination, installation, and quality control. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication and provide updates so clients always know what to expect. We conclude with a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our standards and the client’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've had over 11 years of hands-on experience in the construction and remodeling industry. Our training comes from working directly in the field on a wide range of projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full home renovations. Over the years, we've developed strong expertise in materials, installation methods, and best building practices, and we stay current with industry standards and codes. This combination of real-world experience and continuous learning allows us to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and reliable results on every project.
