- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At 2Sisters, we offer simple flat-rate pricing or by the hour. We do Move-In/Move-Out, Deep Cleaning jobs, Monthly, Bi-weekly and weekly. Our Rates: $0.15 per square foot or $45 hour. This gives you a clear idea of the cost to take care of your cleaning needs. Note: Final pricing may vary depending on the size, location, and condition of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive notice of your cleaning job, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to gather more details about your needs. After reviewing the information, we will provide you with a personalized quote. Upon approval, we will confirm your booking and place your cleaning appointment on our schedule.
