I hired Neatly LLC last week to clean my elderly grandfather's home and he cannot stop talking about what a great job they have done. They went above and beyond and did more than I thought possible. The only reason I’m not leaving one star is because at least they communicated and were responsive. However I was called two days in a row and cancelled on after turning down other prospective people to do the job. I scheduled my time around theirs-TWICE. Now to start my search over instead of them just saying they couldn’t do the job in the first place. Wasted my time

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing comes with a full house clean, as we offer discounts for recurring services. We are able to adjust the pricing if there is not a full house cleaning. Our pricing also includes carpet cleaning if needed and interior window cleaning.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up as a means to making money we started cleaning for family and friends and eventually by word of mouth. We have perfected our craft and we pride ourselves on the hard work and attention to detail.
