Our pricing is simple and package-based with no hidden fees. Standard packages start at Front Only from $1,500, Front + Sides from $2,400, and Full Perimeter from $3,200, depending on the exact linear footage of your home. Every quote includes the Govee permanent lighting system, custom low-profile trim track, professional installation, concealed wiring, and full app setup—everything needed for a finished, turnkey system. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site measurement to ensure accuracy. We offer discounts on larger coverage packages, and payment is split into a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completed installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – You reach out through Thumbtack, our website, or by phone. Free Estimate & Design – We gather basic details and provide a free estimate. Every request includes a complimentary digital mockup of your home so you can see exactly how the lighting will look. On-Site Measurement – If you’d like to move forward, we schedule a quick visit to measure your roofline and confirm final pricing. Scheduling – Once approved, we set an installation date that fits your schedule. Professional Installation – Our team installs the system using a hidden track for a clean, finished appearance. App Setup & Walkthrough – We connect the lights to your phone, show you how to create themes, schedules, and automations, and make sure you’re comfortable using everything. Ongoing Support – After installation, we remain available for any questions or future adjustments.
