This company was very responsive. Was able to come out the next day. Solved my problem in my back yard. None of the electrical components were working. I have 2 ponds, lights in my trees and electrical outlets. They were able to solve my problem and I am so grateful!

First time I used superior electric and Terry was very professionalism. He was helpful and recommended what light bulbs to buy for some of my garden lights of which I need to replace. He did an excellent job installing the garden lights with new wirings and made it working again.

I had a couple of ceiling fans that were on their last leg. I contacted Superior electric to troubleshoot the issue. Terry was able to diagnose the problem and it turned out it was cheaper to replace the fans. After purchasing some fans, Superior Electric came (on time to the minute) and installed both fans. The company was very responsive from the moment contact was initiated and was friendly and professional until the job was finished. I’d definitely choose to work with Superior Electric in the future.

Hands down, one of the most professional experiences I’ve encountered. I’ll be looking to use Terry and Superior Electric again really soon. I live in a house built in 1926 which has its own challenges with shiplap throughout etc. we had recessed lighting installed. The install took longer than expected due to the construction of the home, but Terry was always positive, professional, and friendly. He stayed all night until it was complete and was pleasant to work with. If you’re looking for quality work, professional service, and great customer service...give Terry and Superior a call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give 10% off for realtors/house flippers. We offer free estimates for electrical projects. Troubleshooting electrical issues start at $150 and that covers the service call as well as first hour of labor, $95 hr after.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing We do is introduce ourselves to the client and make sure to have a full understanding of what is needed and explain how We will provide our services to solve the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Terry graduated 4 years of electrical trade school.
