Introduction: I have 25 years of of experience in the handyman trade . Whether you are a property manager or a landlord or a home owner my goal is to make you a life time customer. I am well versed in all aspects of home repairs/maintenance from electrical( repairs , troubleshooting etc..) plumbing , paint , texture matching, tile , doors (new or repairs ) carpentry , appliance install . Cement work , fence , cabinet hardware . Vanities,faucets (kitchen or bath) etc... Certain projects may need a little brain storming , so I always make myself available past the 8-5 hours for discussions about your projects . I also carry general liability insurance, but I have never had to use it. My goal is to make your needs seamless as possible , you can purchase the material and I can pick it up , or I can purchase the materials. Looking forward to adding you to my client list .

Jerry was great - responsive, quality work. I kept adding to his to-do list when here :) Did grouting around kitchen sink (that I has messed up trying), hung a picture, new exterior door knobs and dead bolt install, hardware installed on master bath and guest bath cabinets and coming back to help with issue with some windows.
