I had a truly positive experience with J&H. They were extremely professional, arriving punctually and coming fully prepared with all the necessary tools—dollies, tapes, thick protective cloths, and other essential moving equipment. What stood out most was their patience, promptness, and professionalism throughout the entire process from the first call to dropping the last piece of furniture and how they drove the furniturea from one location to the other. Not a single item was damaged, thanks to their careful handling and protective wrapping methods. Their courteous behavior added to the overall sense of trust and satisfaction. One important piece of advice for anyone planning a move: pack your boxes properly. Not too big, not too small—just moderate-sized boxes with minimal empty space inside, and tape them securely. This ensures the movers can handle them safely and efficiently. Wrapping items with bubble wrap or packing paper adds an extra layer of protection. This is incredibly tough physical work, so I encourage everyone to be patient and respectful. I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

These gentlemen worked really hard for me. The picked up all of my things, loaded everything, took it to my storage. They were punctual, professional, and very responsive. I had to work and they had to follow the directions of my mom. She loved their service. They were incredibly affordable and still worth every penny. Thank you J&H moving.

James and his team helped us with a 1 bedroom apartment local move. He contacted me immediately and stayed in excellent contact both leading up to and throughout the move. He showed up on time. He and Steve went above and beyond during the move. They helped with some limited consolidation of outstanding items. They offered suggestions on how to most effectively move items and place them in our new home. When our electric dyer plug was incompatible with our new home, they recommended the exact type of adapter, and even where we could purchase it. They even tightened some shelves that needed adjustment. Professional. Friendly. Responsive. Punctual. Highest Quality. Good Value too! We could not have had a better moving experience.
