I recently hired Venus to assist with organizing my clientele and recurring appointments. She was very
professional when reaching out to clients and punctual with all deadlines she set to have the
appointments scheduled. She respected the privacy of my client's personal contact information and
reason for scheduling. She also created an excel sheet that will help to identify any clients that do not
have an appointment within a week of the next recommended service date. If she needed any
clarification on a project, she communicated throughout the process.
