FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with a new customer would be a full drone inspection of the roof to start the step by step process. This will build our digital analysis for your home. Identifying and documenting any damaged areas or problematic issues on the roofing system. Storm related damage can call for a claim with the customers homeowners insurance. Then we would work with the insurance adjuster to document damage on the property inspection. Based off the findings on the inspection, the insurance company builds an estimate for the homeowner. Moving forward, we work with the insurance company with filing invoices and proof of work to make sure all is communicated with them on this process. We complete the work that is needed to be done and collect payment from the homeowner after work is finished.
