What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard rate is 65/hr. Not including mounting of TVs, assemblies, installations. They have they own rates. I discuss pricing as much as possible before heading to a job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to give as much detail as possible. Worse thing that can happen is someone saying they discussed something and being charged additional for things they weren’t aware of. Ask questions up front.
