TexStar Window Cleaning is provide to offer our 'Hometown Heroes' discount program: 10% off any service to Active Military, Veterans, First Responders, and Teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a brief conversation via call or text to understand the scope of the project. Next, we visit the service address and provide a transparent quote at no cost or obligation. Then, a service date is agreed upon and a confirmation is sent to the customer. Finally, the work is performed and the customer is invoiced upon completion.
