- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every home is different, so pricing is based on the size of your home, its current condition, and the type of cleaning requested. New customers can take advantage of our introductory special—up to 3 hours of professional cleaning for just $99. After that, we're happy to provide customized pricing for one-time, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or recurring maid service. We also offer discounted rates for recurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make getting started easy! First, we'll ask a few questions about your home, including the square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning you're looking for, and your preferred scheduling. We'll recommend the service that best fits your needs, provide an upfront quote, and schedule a convenient appointment. Our professionally trained cleaning team arrives on time with the supplies needed to complete the job. After your cleaning, we follow up to ensure you're happy with the results because your satisfaction is our priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For more than 20 years, Maid Affordable has developed detailed cleaning systems and training programs that every team member completes before working independently.
