Even though my husband was late, Mister Clean waited on him to arrive to do the job and was transparent on their communication. The only issue was the stove was not completely done and my husband had to finish it (the top of the stove opens up and the spot where crumbs fall through the eyes). Other than that the job was done well.

Mister Clean was responsive and respectful. They were two nice quiet young gentleman. They were both late to the appointment but one arrived twenty minutes prior to the supervisor. He went to work immediately and seemed very meticulous, he was quite slow in accomplishing his tasks. A lot of the tasks were incomplete. The beds were not made. The trash bins were left without liners when clean liners were available at the bottom of each bin. The shower basin had particles in it which should have been rinsed out and wiped dry. My very expensive weight scale was mopped over and left wet. The mirrors had lint from the cleaning cloth on them. There are streaks on my granite counter tops. Not a lot. They spilled something on my carpet and did not get anything to clean it up or dry the spot. Though the house was generally cleaned it did not meet the standard or the refreshing smell of other cleaning services I have used in the past. The vacuum gave off a strange burning smell. For the most part they did an okay job and I would recommend them to those who only need basic cleaning.
