- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to submit a fair and reasonable quote without first seeing the required work. There is no standard pricing when it comes to trees. Things that can affect the price include amount of debris, amount of climbing, technical difficulty, as well as difficulty of the drop zone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates. We will gladly come to your property take a look at the job and usually can give you several options as to what work will be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family has been in the tree business for 20 years and I am continuing the legacy. I have been a member of ISA for the last 10 years and continue to study and learn the tree industry.
