- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of volume and is designed to account for all expenses for the job while keeping it affordable and reasonable for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact we will discuss the scope of the job including setting a date and time and then will reach out to the customer with an estimate which they can accept or decline. Then if accepted we will move forward with completing the job and upon completion the payment can be made directly through estimate which is then converted to an invoice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been in search of side hustles and after extensive research and of course trial and error I found this line of work to have a reasonable start up cost which made it more affordable to get into from scratch.
