Big Dawgs got it done , they were the first to respond to my inquiry, they showed up on time and in my very chaotic house we were unsure if we had even got the right size truck but these guys bulldozed through everything even though I did a very terrible packing job. They were very professional and handled all my items with care they were fast and even wrapped all my TVs and glass items. I’ll never not use movers ever again.

Loved them!! Hired them to move a heavy treadmill (375-400lbs) from garage to back room in our one story home. Took less than an hour. Great communication, arrived on time. They worked amazing as a team, communicated how to carry the treadmill and navigating it through our hallways. No banged up walls or door frames despite the awkward size. We will definitely hire them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour , no extra fees for flights of stairs, wrapping , or to assemble/disassemble. We do off a 10% discount for returning clients and referrals
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, ask what items we will be moving, educate them on the process and what we will be doing to ensure the safety of their belongings, and begin to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before working for a moving company, I’ve worked for FedEx for years loading and unloading trucks. This made me a great packer and made moving easy for me as soon as I started in this field.
