Very nice people. I accumulated more junk than anticipated when I initially contacted them. When they arrived it was more than would fit in their already partially filled trailer (my fault, not theirs). They came back the next morning with an empty trailer and took it all away. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I needed junk removal in preparation for a home sale. The junk included landscaping debris, furniture, construction debris, and a steel fence. Luis and Brianna were kind to work with my schedule. They are personable, and Luis was transparent about additional costs related to the weight of landscaping blocks. My only suggestion would be that the $50.00 per extra hour be stated up-front before the pickup (this cost did not apply to my work). They worked quickly but thoroughly. After the clean-up, the area was raked, and it looked as if nothing had ever been waiting for collection. I would hire B-E-Z again.

I reached out to B E Z junk removal and they responded right away.The were able to come the same day ( within hours). They texted and arrived on time . Very polite and loaded everything onto their flatbed in a very timely manner. The price they quoted me was the price I paid. I will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That it is fair and competitive. We always work with the customers budget and also help them understand why the prices are what they are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both my wife and I worked in aviation before where we had to move heavy parts and learn the best way to do it. Also, going to the gym helps.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My son kept getting sick so my wife had to quit her job. But it was a blessing in disguise because now she is able to help with anything we needed to get done. So we started this business with her being able to focus 100% on it.
