- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I obtain as many details about the project as possible. i.e. the square footage of the space, the size/style of the furniture piece to be upholstered, the client's likes/dislikes in style, etc. The information received from the client enables me to provide an accurate and reasonable completion time-frame and estimate, while ensuring the client's requested needs are being met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained an Associate's Degree in Interior Design from Houston Community College. I am also a licensed Interior Designer, through the state of Texas, with continuing education courses in Upholstery and drapery.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of clients from individuals in their personal and vacation homes to commercial properties.
