- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair, transparent pricing based on the scope of each project. While we do not compete on being the cheapest, we do compete on value, quality, and professionalism. All estimates include labor, materials (if requested), and a clear breakdown of costs. We require a deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Veterans, first responders, and repeat clients are eligible for special consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation to understand your goals, then schedule a site visit if necessary. Once we review the scope, we send over a detailed quote and timeline. Upon approval, we agree to terms, collect a deposit, and begin work—keeping communication open throughout the project to ensure satisfaction and clarity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, I bring a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and operational leadership to every job. I’ve completed extensive hands-on training in residential construction, remodeling, and project management, and continue to pursue advanced learning to stay current with building codes, materials, and trends.
