She was friendly, accommodating, and ensured that the appointment was set at a convenient time for me. Her professionalism and helpfulness gave me confidence in the company right from the start. On the day of the repair, I was introduced to two outstanding technicians named Tim and Hawk. These individuals went above and beyond to address the problem, despite having to work in the sweltering heat of the hottest day of the year. Their dedication and work ethic were truly commendable. We used Gibson's Electric for the first time, 6 months ago. They came out and took care of the problem in a timely manner. They were amazing! We sent them a message on Saturday evening about a breaker that wasn't working properly, and they came out after messaging me back. Timothy is very professional, and he explains everything that he is doing. They are very reliable and reasonable. If you are having any electrical problems please call them.
