Keep Cool AC and Heating Solutions is a great family owned business who cared about me. Kelly explained what was going on with my system and gave me options. No pressure and no up selling. He handled the warranty parts did excellent work and pricing was lower than I expected by quite a bit. And, Kelly is a good person, I like him, and he really came through for me. I would have also check "Professionalism" and "Responsiveness" but the system only allowed me to check 3 boxes.
