Carlos did an excellent job on tearing out the old backsplash and installing my new marble subway tile backsplash. He was very quick to respond and so professional in all aspects. He respected our home, protecting the countertop and keeping everything as clean as possible. The result is just as I had hoped for. We are saving his number as we will plan to call him for other projects in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not the lowest or the highest. We give a fair market price always.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer to see what they want done. Provide an estimate. If estimate is accepted we ask for 50% down to get started. After a certain amount of progress (amount agreed upon mutually with customer) another 30% will be invoiced and final 20% will be invoiced when job is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in construction since 2015. I was a General Contractor in Washington state for several years.
