We got three quotes from contractors on Thumbtack. Carlos is pricing and timeline were the best choice and our topic. We are so happy we made that decision!
From the day of the quote, Carlos was punctual and professional. Delivering a quote within the same day and ready to start the job the next (demo and install new shower). His entire team were polite, worked with high integrity and sharing our furnishings and Flores are well covered from the demo; skilled, taking the time to ensure the work was done; and, above all kept a high level of communication, ensuring the project was moving at a pace for our deadline.
From start to finish, the level of care was more than expected and give him a 10 star review if allowed.

Carlos is simply amazing it's like he came to our rescue and he's does such professional work I'm going to see if I can get him to show me how to put a picture up of the connection from the ceiling and the wall it is just excellent, He also is reliable honest we left them in our new condo with a bunch of items and he takes care of everything I would not use anyone else but Carlos when it come to painting base molding, flooring drywall oh the repairs he did with the drywall it was just sensational It looks like nothing was ever there that was a problem I wish I had billions of dollars because then I was started company and let him run it

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not the lowest or the highest. We give a fair market price always.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer to see what they want done. Provide an estimate. If estimate is accepted we ask for 50% down to get started. After a certain amount of progress (amount agreed upon mutually with customer) another 30% will be invoiced and final 20% will be invoiced when job is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in construction since 2015. I was a General Contractor in Washington state for several years.
