I genuinely wanted to rate this company higher but the installation was beneath most people standards. The owner makes genuine efforts to resolve, but unfortunately not all matters are easily fixed. Carpet nailed down with loose frey ends due to cutting not tucked. Doors were damaged on shaving and vinyl laid around toilets which was unacceptable to us & toilets had to be taken up for vinyl to be laid properly. Lack of communication was the biggest issue. The flooring contractor should know to inform homeowners of need to shave doors, remove toilets etc. and step vinyl installation was a disaster. Ask questions otherwise you may get into the project and be disappointed

Wonderful experience with Joe and his team. Once we selected the carpet and agreed on pricing, they were in and out the next day and had new carpet installed in my 3 bedrooms within a couple of hours.
