We shopped around for a specific type of wood floors that Joe was able to acquire after our builder informed us that they dropped these floors from their inventory. We chose Joe because He is very easy to work with, communicative, and honest. Installation took longer than we expected and that’s because we live farther out (~2h+) from where the company is located. Other highlights: customer oriented; year warranty on installation; competitive pricing; and flexible refund policy.
