- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for retuning customers and even give gift certificates for referrals during our October to December promotion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer provides basic information about the service(s) they need to be done. The customer and company agree on a date and a time for the crew to arrive. A pre-arrival call is made typically 15 0 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival the team assesses the service to be done. Based on the assessment the crew provides a transparent, all-inclusive price. Once the customer approves the quote, the crew gets to work leaving the area(s) clean and tidy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company transports the items for proper disposal. We prioritize donation and recycling, sorting items to find the best disposal method and minimize landfill waste.
