1. Pricing includes high-quality durable materials that ensure longevity. 2.Projects involving complex installations, such as drywalling a 15 foot ceiling may incur additional costs due to the increased complexity and labor involved. 3.Customers who accept and finalize contracts within 2 days of receiving the proposal are eligible for a 10% discount. 4.To show our appreciation for customer commitment if the customer provides deposit for materials upfront, we'll waive the typical material markup. this will ensure the best possible pricing and smoother project execution.

Agreement: Review and sign proposal. 5.Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule the work. 6.Execution: Start the project and ensure ongoing communication. 7.Quality Check: Monitor progress and quality. 8.Completion: Finalize the project and conduct a walkthrough. 9. Follow-Up: Gather feedback and collect payment
