- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a set monthly price, based on sales revenue and monthly transactions. I also base my fees on what value-added services I provide such as A/R, A/P, cash flow reporting, job-cost reports, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what stresses are on the business and helping to alleviate those stresses with accurate and timely accounting information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as a CPA I am required by the State of Texas and AICPA to maintain CPE (or continued profession education credits).
