- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees depend on the case. Every case is different. Some are basic, some are complex, and some are in the middle. The court filing fee is $313 for a chapter 13, and $338 for a chapter 7, whether it is individual or joint.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We only work with consumer debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. We do not work with businesses debtors.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If someone needs an attorney, look for an attorney that works in only one area of the law.
