Fusion is generally the preferred method of fused hair extensions they will last up to 6 months with proper care. With fusion hair extensions, the attachment is virtually invisible. Fusion bonding uses a fusion keratin protein to attach extensions to your hair. The natural hair and the extension tips are heated together. The fusion protein liquefies and bonds the strands together. The fusion method also makes it easy for the extension to be removed without damage to the natural hair. To remove them I use liquid orange oil that dissolves the glue on contact and allows the extension to slide off gently.
