- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Braf Business Consultants & Traders (BBCT) our fees and/or discounts are competitive and affordable. We provide quality services in every range of customer affordability and in most instances, quite discounted. Our focus is on our customers' needs and provision of quality customer service and satisfaction at an affordable cost is second to none.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Braf Business Consultants & Traders (BBCT), we have a seven-step process that we follow in working with new customers, and it is as follows: (a) We identify our Ideal Client. It's easier to look for customers if you know the type of consumers you are seeking. (b) We Discover Where our Customer Live. (c) We Highlight our areas of expertise. (d) We Position ourselves as the Answer to the questions our customers have. (e) We Try to use Direct Response Marketing approach. (f) We apply the Build Partnerships approach through data analysis, and project feasibility studies. and (g) We use the Follow Up approach concept.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Knowledgeable in the concept of business operations concept, with a bachelor's degree in business management, a master's degree in business administration and International Operation, and a Doctorate degree in business administration with a minor in supply-chain management. In addition, we are Commissioned by the State of Texas to offer Notary Public services and Loan Signing services. We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and background checked.
