- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As our consultants have 10 years or more experience we typically charge $100-$200 per hour. We understand during rough times it's hard to commit a lot of resources so we work with you to get your business back on track at an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will chat with you about your business concerns and needs. Then we will choose the best consultant to fit your needs. A free no-obligation consultation will be set up between you and your consultant. The consultant will send you a written proposal and if you approve they will get started on addressing your business needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our consultants come from various backgrounds. Each of them have unique training and skills to tackle difficult business problems. All of our consultants have earned a B.A. or higher.
