- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed cooking and feeding people. I love to see people enjoying themselves with good food and good company. So I got to a place where I decided to make it a profession instead of a hobby.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily do Buffets - self service or with servers. We can also do plated dinners and full service parties.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Cooking is art and science. You have to combine the two to have a good product. Smell is at least as important as taste.
