I put in a request to have some electrical work done. They got back to me within five minutes. We found the issue before they dispatched somebody out. I contacted them and told them that we fixed it and we didn’t need to have somebody come out. They responded promptly thanked me and wished me the best of luck. This is a very professional outfit and I would highly recommend them

I contacted William for a quote for an electrical job, and he was able to provide pricing and availability on the same date. Alex from Turbo came the next day on time and was quickly identified the problem and mitigated it. Overall good experience and would do business again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
High quality service at a reasonable price(not cheap price). Customer service and satisfaction is our priority. If your looking for a handyman to work on your plumbing of your home or air conditioning we are not the right fit. We don’t hire handyman’s. We hire only professionals that have been on the trade for years and years. And they get training twice a week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service fees are waived with any repair
we schedule an appointment and text before arrival to confirm someone will be there. Go over the project or diagnose the problem and provide a fair quote
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician here is licensed, insured and background check and has received COVID-19 training before entering your home
We have weekly company meetings to make sure that we are meeting every requirement needed for our many customers that we have
