Poor service! Requested a technician to come assess why our second floor isn’t cooling. All the technician said after he looked at both units was a switch and maintenance for both ac units and to readjust the vent for all rooms to cool the upper level. Also the price for installing 2 switches and 2 ac unit maintenance was close to $1300 dollars. Luckily I decided to get another company’s opinion . They identified the motor for the 2nd AC isn’t working and fixed the problem and installed two switches for 1/2 the cost. Never recommending This company.
