Kingo was highly responsive, messaging immediately, providing answers to all my questions, arriving the next day for both regular AC maintenance and some additional work I needed done, including surge protector and capacitor installation. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to others, and the technician was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Payment was easy through credit card and my project was completed faster than anticipated. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

The responsiveness and punctuality of the technician was great. They had multiple appointment times for us to choose from. Their prices are higher than we expected though. *Update*- After the initial repair, our AC went out again that same day and we called Jesse back. He came back out to our house as soon as he could and was able to figure out the real issue and get our AC working. He did a great job making sure it was fixed. We felt like that was worth the amount we paid.
