I contacted B.C. Williams about a corporate contract law issue I was having with another corporation. I hadn't been paid for past due invoices and was holding their IP and tangible items as a "lien" against not being paid. She informed me that I had a solid legal position, I should not be intimidated, and to hold my ground. Their attorney threatened to "escalate" and said I was taking on "significant legal liability". They made insufficient offers to partially pay which I rejected. They finally made full payment. B.C. Williams helped me "hold my ground", without litigation, because she was able to concisely give great legal advice. I would highly recommend her.
