We were truly amazed by the work that Kearton had done to our stairs. We had the wooden balusters replaced with metal ones. They paid detailed attention to every single step of the job, making everything perfect. We would highly recommend Kearton Customer Builder to anyone who wants to start a home remodel project, big or small.

Anybody with a roof deck or balcony knows the problems that can show up. Mine was rotten, and had serious issues related to the original construction.
Jack fixed them and made mine much, much better than it ever was. He turned a sore point of the house into on of the best. Carpentry, water sealing, aesthetics - all top notch.
He takes pride in his work and takes no short cuts. Jack will be back to my house, for sure, to complete other projects.

We needed a structural beam installed for an interior wall and he was extremely responsive and helpful with our request. He came out the same day to give an estimate. He and his crew then came out the next day to complete the work. They even cleaned up for us as well as themselves. For pricing, he was very upfront and showed receipts for materials. The beam he installed is going to probably outlast the rest of the house!

Jack Kearton pored over my job and really tried to find a way to help me. My budget didn't allow me to have him come in and tackle everything at once, which is a shame, because he and his crew did fantastic work. Instead, I had him do the critical structural work. They were in and out I two days and I will definitely be hiring him again for more of my remodel as I go forward.

My pricing is reasonable to the job performed. I will work with you and give you the total on pricing and costs. I am professional and do a high standard of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with the new client and get their feedback and vision for the project. I want to know what the customer wants and I would like to provide feedback as well. I want the client to be well cared for in the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of experience and learned from and worked under my father who has over thirty five years of experience. I have been in construction and building all of my life. I love architecture and building and the beauty in the completion the project.
