We sent our Husky puppy to Mrs. Pennie for training. I loved all the training videos we received. Helped us while we missed our new pup. We LOVED that she picked up and dropped Everest off. Anytime I can get help with pickup and drop off, I’m so thankful!
Everest did so well! Mrs. Pennie also worked with me to transfer the trainer role to myself when she got home. We are so happy with Mrs. Pennie and her work with our pup.
Attaching a photo of her “place” her first night home with us.

Pennie is an exceptional dogtrainer! From our first phone call, I knew I wanted to work with her. She's incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, and caring. As a first-time dog mom, I felt at ease with her guidance, especially during our initial visit with our 7-week-old puppy. Pennie took the time to cover everything we needed to know, providing valuable insights and advice. What impresses me most is her ongoing support - she's always available to answer questions and check in on our puppy's progress. I highly recommend Pennie to anyone seeking a trustworthy and expert dogtrainer. We're excited for her return visit and look forward to continuing our training journey with her!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training package is all inclusive, 3 weeks training & boarding , the initial in home consult and then two training classes approx 2.5 hrs in length at your home with your dog once the three weeks is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial phone consult to determine needs and explore solutions, then we schedule a in home consultation so I can observe the dynamics of your relationship with your dog and evaluate the negative behaviors you wish to change, then enrollment into the 21 day board and train program, when completed I deliver the dog back home to you along with a two hour transitional training session for you and your family so that you can learn what your dog has accomplished and how to get your dog to respond to you like it does the trainer. You will then have one more follow up in home training session to be used when you would like at your discretion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of hands on experience …. strong work ethic, integrity and a lifetime of learning and experience in my field of expertise.
