Douglas came to our house to look at some issues we were having with what we thought were the breakers. He tested inside and outside to see if he could find the issue. He was able to figure out that it was a back flow issue with our main connection from the pole. He informed us to reach out to centerpoint to get the issue fixed. He was very professional and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. We called center point and were able to get the issue fixed, we do have a few breakers that need to be swapped and we will be calling all-lighting electric back to change them out. Thank you Douglas.
